With five world titles and a current number 10 ESPN ranking, Baltimore boxer Gervonta Bryant “Tank” Davis is set to fight again in March 2025. And when that fight is over, he confirmed his upcoming retirement. Davis described the sport as “trash” and “garbage” after achieving a 29-0 record of lightweight championship titles. The Southpaw fighter has garnered much acknowledgement and wealth as a result of his success, leading fans and observers to wonder about what he’s accrued. Here’s what we know about Davis’ net worth.
With All the Odds Against Him, What Is Gervonta Tank Davis’ Net Worth?
Even while facing alleged domestic violence charges outside of the ring, Davis has a net worth of $10 million. The fighter has been boxing for just about all of his life, starting training as early as the age of 5. He dropped out of high school at Digital Harbor to pursue a career in boxing and made the sport his primary career focus at the Upton Boxing Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
Out Of the Public Eye After Four More Fights
Because of his disinterest in fighting after March, Davis wants to get out of the limelight and does not plan to sign any boxers to his own company, GTD Promotions. Nonetheless, Davis is set to fight on March 1, 2025 in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center. Davis would also like to fight three more times next year. This fight goal will be especially interesting considering the championship boxer has never boxed more than twice in one calendar year since 2019. Only time will tell whether he changes that boxing record next year.
