Boosie’s affiliate NightLyfeDtone took to Instagram on Monday (June 24) to celebrate his partner officially beating his charges and being free from house arrest.
He then proceeded to clip the ankle monitor off, throw it in the pool and dive in.
NightLyfe captioned his post: “MY DAWG #BOOSIE @torencehatchig GOT THAT [phone emoji] IN FINALLY OFF HOUSE OF ARREST [fire emoji, two 100 emojis].

The ankle monitor caused Boosie Badazz more headaches than simply those associated with being tracked.
Back in November of 2023, Boosie hopped on X to ask his fans for their help in recovering his ankle monitor charger after losing it.
“I WAS ON DELTA FLIGHT 0501 SEAT 8c COMING FROM ATLANTA TO LA N MY ANKLE MONITOR CHARGER SLIPPED OFF MY LEG,” he wrote.
“It’s EITHER N ATLANTA AIRPORT R LAX CAN U PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO ME 5k CASH Reward im not trying to get n trouble smh SEND YOUR CONTACT N PICS OF THE CHARGER TO MY EMAIL Boosiebadazzbookings225@gmail.com.”
In other Boosie Badazz news, the rapper recently made headlines for a song snippet that led to accusations of homophobia.
Earlier this month, the Louisiana native took to social media to share that his next album will go live on June 25. That album, titled Russia, is out now and features song titles like “Letter to the LGBT.”
“Rapper paint they nails and told, ‘That’s what women do’/ Playing gay so ya’ll support em,’ they pimpin’ you/ So really ya’ll get played for change, supporting people who don’t even know your pain,” he can be heard rapping in the video.
“How can a real woman lay up in a bed with a man who got nails like her?/ Wear a fuckin’ purse like her, but not bleeding on the 1st like her?”
