The comedian and the NFL star were among over a dozen defendants, including Jaguar Wright, named in an amended complaint filed on Friday (March 7) by Ashley Parham and two anonymous plaintiffs.
Parham, by herself, originally filed her suit last October. This updated version adds the two additional plaintiffs, as well as adding, among others, Druski, OBJ, and Diddy’s mother Janice Combs as defendants.
In the suit, Druski and Beckham are accused of raping Parham — Druski of doing so while Diddy recorded the assault.
In a message on X, Druski wrote: “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.
"My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Beckham made a long statement on X as well, writing: “I have been informed about the allegations about me in a suit in CA. I really can’t believe that my name is mentioned in that matter. There is absolutely no truth to those allegations… I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”
Parham claims she met a friend of Diddy’s at a bar and he then FaceTimed the mogul, during which she told Diddy to his face that she believed he played a part in ‘Pac’s death.
Parham claims she was invited to the home of Diddy’s friend and the mogul later showed up. She alleges Diddy then held a knife to her face and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile.”
The lawsuit then alleges that Puffy took off Parham’s clothes and covered her body in an unknown liquid before attempting to insert what he and Khorram referred to as an IUD (intrauterine device) into her vagina.
Diddy is currently in the midst of a $50 million defamation lawsuit against one of Parham’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell, for an unrelated case.
“This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” they said. “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.
