New York City has been taking some time over the years to wake up from its post-lockdown slumber. Rising from the ashes of vacant clubs and dance floors, it seems as if new, aesthetically pleasing places to go are created every day in a push for the city to return to its former nightlife capital glory. There are many NYC clubs, with most of them catering to the house and EDM demographics. But the melting pot essence that gives the city its charm falls short when representing other kinds of spaces in the club......

Benny The Butcher will be dropping a new album with Hit-Boy later this summer, but he’s letting fans know ahead of time – expect to hear a whole new sound.
The Buffalo native took to Twitter to let his followers know how he’ll be coming this round on Saturday (May 20). Instead of a whole album full of hard-hitting boom bap beats like he came to fame on, he’ll be switching up the sound on some of his songs – as he feels the lane has become too crowded.

Jim Brown, the legendary NFL running back, actor and civil rights advocate who would have later have his reputation partially marred by numerous violent encounters with women, died on Thursday evening in Los Angeles. He was 87.
The Brown family announced the news on Brown's Instagram page. Monique Brow, the hall-of-famer's wife, wrote a note saying:
"To the world he was an activist, actor, and football star. To our family, he was a loving and wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Our hearts are broken..."
Brown, who played for the Cleveland Browns, was one of the NFL's first great superstars. He played from 1957 to 65, winning the MVP during his last year.......
